What we collect

• Case review submissions: case type, state, incident date, injury severity category, treatment status, fault information, optional description, name, email, phone.
• Estimator inputs: only if you choose to attach an estimator snapshot to your submission.
• Technical data: user agent and page URL of submission.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identifiers, or detailed medical records through this site. Please do not paste those into the form.

How we use it

• To review your case and route it to an attorney who handles that case type in your state.
• To contact you about your submitted matter, by phone, SMS, and email, after you opt in.
• To prevent abuse and improve the site (aggregated, non-identifying analytics).

TCPA opt-in and opt-out

Submitting the case review form requires explicit opt-in to phone, SMS, and email contact. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of further text messages. You can email us to be removed from all contact lists.

Retention

We retain case submissions for as long as needed to handle the referral process and to comply with legal record-keeping requirements, typically up to 7 years. You may request earlier deletion subject to those requirements.

Sharing

Case submissions may be shared with a vetted attorney or law firm for the purpose of evaluating representation. We do not sell your information to data brokers, marketing lists, or unrelated third parties.

Your rights

Depending on your state (California, Colorado, Virginia, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit processing of your personal information. Email us to exercise those rights.
